OUR STORY

Torey always dreamed of having her own place and this is it. After 15 years in the Portland food scene, Torey (the redhead) and her family took a leap of faith to open The Hangry Redhead in their hometown of Banks, Oregon.

Alongside her brother (Trevin), mom (Jennifer), and stepdad (Jeff), they built a place with one goal: “To bring something bold, delicious, and full of heart to the place we call home. It’s more than a diner, it’s our way of feeding and giving back to the town we love.”
