OUR STORY FAMILY OWNED BUILT IN BANKS

We started The Hangry Redhead with one goal:
To bring something bold, fast, and full of heart to the place that raised us. It’s more than a diner — it’s our way of feeding the town we love with flavor, fire, and a little family grit.

TOREY SWICK

The Hangry Chef

Torey’s been working in kitchens across Oregon for over 15 years — from hole-in-the-wall grills to big-ticket restaurants. She's the fire behind the food: a recipe writer, biscuit whisperer, and the kind of chef who knows exactly what to do with a cast-iron skillet. Her dream? To bring a diner-style hangout — loaded with flavor and full of heart — to the center of Banks.

TREVIN SWICK

Trevin’s been crafting brands, designing campaigns, and launching visuals that land for over 14 years. After working with clients across the country in agency life and freelance chaos, he knew it was time to bring his creative fire back home — with a vision that made The Hangry Redhead feel like more than just a place to eat. He’s the reason our food looks as good as it tastes.
